Recurring Billing

If you are in a service based industry you need to invoice customers on a regular basis. Our recurring billing allows you to specify when an invoice should be created and whether it should automatically be emailed to your customer.

Easy Quoting

Easely quote customers with an efficient interface that allows you to copy from previous quotes at the click of a button. At the click of a button turn that quote into an invoice or email the quote directly to your client.

Invoicing

DBiz provides you with a seamless interface to create invoices and integrate with the quoting systems.

Stock Management

If you are not from a service based industry you will need stock management. DBiz provides both simple and advanced stock management, keep track in bulk or keep track of each stock number. DBiz Automated Purchase Orders will ensure you do not run out of stock. With the eCommerce plugin you can specify which stock is to be displayed on the shopping site.

Services Management

Services management allows you to specify if billing of the service is recurring (see above Recurring Billing)

Client Notes

Insert an unlimited number of notes pertinent to your client. Keeps track of who and when the note was entered.

Client Follow Up

Specify a date or dates when you want to follow up your client. An automated email alerts you of your daily "follow ups" which are also visible through a dedicated screen. Used for sales leads you are sure never to let an opportunity go by.

Web Document Creation (XStandard)

Create a web page with optional merge fields straight from the DBiz application

eMail Marketing

Using the above "Web Document Creation" and client merge fields, send professional personalised emails to selected clients.

Employee Portal

When users login to DBiz the first thing they see is the portal. The Portal allows quick access to important websites, Documents, Company Announcements and Events of your choosing.

Internal Messenger

Employees can communicate internally using the DBiz Messenger. Just like eMail, but internal and secure.

Reporting

An array of online reports allow you to keep track of how the company is performing. We can add Reports to your specification.

Calendar

Keep track of appointments and other important events. An email will be sent when it is due.

Project Management

Quickly manage projects, assign jobs and keep your workers informed and organised with an easy to use TO DO screen. Workers are automatically alerted by eMail when jobs are assigned.
