Type of items on sale.
Each item type belongs to a category.

Item Type Code:
Enter the Code for the Item Type.

 

Item Type Description:
Enter the Description for the Item Type.

 

Item Type Category Code:

Can only be added once the Category has been entered in Item Category.

Click on … button.

Click on SEARCH.

Click on Item Category Code

1. Click on STOCK
2. Click on ITEM TYPE
3. Click on NEW
4. Click in ITEM TYPE CODE field
5. Enter “KITCHEN”
6. Press TAB to take you to the ITEM TYPE DESCRIPTION field
7. Enter “KITCHEN SUPPLIES”
8. Click on … next to ITEM TYPE CATEGORY field
9. Click on SEARCH button
10. Click on STOCK
11. Click on SAVE
