CLIENT SCREEN:

Use this screen to maintain client details. This screen also allows merging of letters to be sent to clients ("Action" side tab).

Note: to ensure all colours and background images are printed, select the corresponding Advanced setting in Internet Options:



Client ECommerce Site:

Clients can access the "Shopping Trolley" via the
Customer Login screen.

Login/Email:

Enter the LOGIN or Email Address for the Client.

Clicking on the SEND button will open up a new mail message with the email address in the TO field.

       

Login Pass:
Enter the Password for this Client, remember to use the conventions set up in Company.

 

 

First Name:

Enter the First Name of the Client User.

       

Last Name:

Enter a Last Name of the Client User.

       

Middle Name:

Enter a Middle Name of the Client User.

 

 

Date Of Birth:
Enter the Date of Birth of the Client User.

 

 

Fax:

Enter the Fax Number of the Client User.

       

Home Phone:

Enter the Home Phone Number of the Client User.

       

Work Phone:

Enter the Work Phone Number of the Client User.

       

Mobile Phone:

Enter the Mobile Phone Number of the Client User.

       

FINANCIAL

Tax Exempt (CHECKBOX):

Indicates if the client is Tax Exempt.

       

Is Company (CHECKBOX):

Indicates if the client is a Company.  If selected four additional fields will appear

       

Company Name:

Enter the Company Name of the Client.

       

    

Company ACN:

Enter the Australian Company Number (ACN) of the Client.

       

Company ABN:

Enter the Australian Business Number (ABN) of the Client.

       

Company Position:

Enter the Users Position within the Company.

LOCATION

 

Address 1:

Enter the first Street Address line of the Client.

       

Address 2:

Enter the second Street Address line of the Client.

       

Suburb:

Enter the Street Address Suburb of the Client.

       

Postcode:

Enter the Street Address Post Code of the Client.

       

State:

Enter the Street Address State of the Client in abbreviated form.

       

Country:

Enter the Street Address  Country of the Client.

       

Diff. Postal Address (CHECKBOX):

If the Postal Address is different from the Street Address entered above click in the checkbox so there is a tick in it.

If selected additional  fields will appear for entering the Postal Address.

       

Address 1:

Enter the first Postal Address line of  the Client.

       

Address 2:

Enter the second Postal Address line of the Client.

       

Suburb:

Enter the Postal Address Suburb of the Client.

       

Postcode:

Enter the Postal Address Post Code of the Client.

       

State:

Enter the Postal Address State of the Client, in an abbreviated form.

Country:

Enter the Postal Address Country of the Client.

       

Update Credit Card (CHECKBOX):

If selected additional  fields will appear for Updating the Credit Card Details.

       

Card Number:

Enter the Number of the Credit Card.

       

Card Expire:

Enter the Month and Year that the Credit Card Expires

       

Card Holder Name:

Enter the Name on the Credit Card.

       

Card Security Code:

Enter the Security Code printed on the back of the Credit Card.

Rows Per Search Page:

Enter the number of rows to appear in the Search Page.  Default is 10.
