CLIENT ORDER SCREEN:
Screen to manage client orders. A client invoice is made up of one
or many client orders.
Order Number:
This is the automatically generated number given to
your Client Order, when it is saved.
Order Date:
This is the date of when the Client Invoice is created.
Employee ID:
This is the code of the Employee who entered the Client
Invoice.
Order Status:
This field is automatically changed to Stock Assigned/Service
when the Assign Stock Button is pressed on the SEARCH page.
Invoice
Number:
To add a New Client Invoice, click on the N button, add the Client Invoice then:
Click on … button.
Click on SEARCH
Click on the Invoice Number
To choose a current Client Invoice:
Click on … button.
Click on SEARCH.
Click on the Invoice Number
Client ID:
This shows the ID of the Client.
Quantity:
Enter the Quantity of goods to be sold to the Client.
Item Code:
This can only be selected if the Item as been added in Stock Item.:
Click on … button.
Click on SEARCH.
Click on the Item Code
Item Price:
Enter the price per Unit.
Discount:
Enter any discount to be applied to this Item.
Tax Percentage:
Shows the percentage for the Item
Total Amount:
Shows the total amount of this Client Order Item including Tax.
Note:
Enter any additional Notes for this Client Order Item.
FINANCIALS
Order Amount:
This figure is the Total of the Client Invoice excluding
Tax for this Client Invoice and is automatically updated when Client Order lines
are added for this Client Invoice.
It does not include any Fee Amounts or Adjustment Amounts.
Tax Amount:
This figure is the Total of the tax for this Client
Invoice and is automatically updated when Client Order lines are added for this
Client Invoice.
Fee Amount:
Enter the Amount of any fees to be added to this Invoice.
Adjustment Amount:
Enter the Amount of any fees to be added to this Invoice.
Invoice Amount:
This figure is the Total Value of the Client Invoice
including Fee Amounts and Adjustment Amounts.
Amount Paid:
This figure shows any payment amounts that have been
applied to this Client Invoice.
Total Owing:
This figure is calculated by deducting the Amount Paid
from the Invoice Amount.
Note:
Enter any notes about this Client Invoice, into the
Note field. You can also use this for
the Clients Purchase Order Number.
